Day 1: The Chase Begins

"How are you going to do that?","I don't know if that is possible.","That's crazy, I cannot imagine that."

This is what I am used to hearing from people when I tell them my dream(s). This blog is dedicated to seeing that my dream becomes are reality, and I believe it is possible. I know it is possible because people are out there doing it RIGHT NOW. The time is now to make active moves to accomplishing these things.
I am a real estate guy, I think its fun, first and foremost. I also think its a way to make a difference in the world, especially changing communities and along with that...a boat load of money. I have no doubt that other people share the same sentiment towards the real estate/property game, but my fascination has a little twist. I want to take this thing global...hey, its my vision. Doing deals in London, Munich, Santiago, Buenos Aires, Paris, and more...thats what I will be doing.

You might ask, why global? Well, I was a foreign affairs major in college, but I quickly learned that the government world was NOT for me, but traveling and real estate were meant for me. So who said it couldn't be an all in one deal? Just thinking about it excites me, not necessarily this glorified James Bond type of experience, but more of the challenge! New cultures, new characters, different laws...this is likely to scare people, but like I said...people are making it happen.
